《半日總結》恆指倒跌115點 內房股弱 新東方在線彈逾14%

美聯儲主席鮑威爾議息後言論令市場憧憬加息步伐放緩，美股道指升436點或1.4%，納指升逾4%。港股早市反覆偏軟。恆指高開35點，早段曾升102點一度高見20,772點，中午前倒跌，半日跌115或0.56%，報20,554點；國指跌31點或0.44%，報7,060點；恆生科技指數升12點或0.28%，報4,549點。大市半日成交總額489.53億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日分別淨流入5.13億及7.34億元人民幣。
金山雲(KC.US)申請在港雙重上市，金山軟件(03888.HK)高開後倒跌0.4%，小米(01810.HK)升2.5%報13.02元。紅杉資本再減持美團(03690.HK)套現逾12億元，美團(03690.HK)跌1.2%報187.9元。
其他科網股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)升0.5%報321.8元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌1.2%報99.75元，京東(09618.HK)跌1%報246.4元，百度(09888.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)各升1.5%及1%。金融壹賬通(06638.HK)、雲音樂(09899.HK)及商湯(00020.HK)升3.6%、4.4%及4.7%。手機相關股造好，比亞迪電子(00285.HK)升5.7%，丘鈦(01478.HK)及舜宇(02382.HK)各升2%及2.7%。
新東方(09901.HK)公布最多4億美元回購股份劃，新東方半日股價彈9.3%，新東方在線(01797.HK)升14.3%。同業中教(00839.HK)亦升5.3%。金價上升，招金(01818.HK)及紫金(02899.HK)各升逾2%，中國黃金國際(02099.HK)升6%。
內房股續弱，龍湖(00960.HK)跌4.4%，潤地(01109.HK)、碧桂園(02007.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)各跌逾2%。內銀股招行(03968.HK)跌2.4%，農行(01288.HK)、工行(01398.HK)及郵儲行(01658.HK)各跌1%至1.5%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌1%報49.4元，港交所(00388.HK)升0.1%報367.8元，友邦(01299.HK)跌1.2%報79.55元。
協鑫新能源(00451.HK)折讓近20%配股淨籌3.1億元，股價跌20.3%。協鑫科技(03800.HK)跌1.7%。早前遭沽空機構發報告的名創優品(09896.HK)跌6.7%。出口股敏華(01999.HK)遭美銀證券下降評級至「跑輸大市」，股價跌7.9%。
