格隆匯7月28日丨百威亞太(01876.HK)發佈公吿,截至2022年6月30日止六個月,總銷量於2022年上半年下跌1.4%,達452260萬公升啤酒,但被韓國及印度的強勁表現所部分抵銷。收入增加2.7%至34.53億美元,按呈報基準計下跌0.7%。2022年上半年的正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利與2021年上半年的水平一致,同比增長0.4%至11.39億美元。2022年上半年,百威亞太股權持有人應占正常化溢利5.75億美元,錄得增長10.6%。百威亞太股權持有人應占溢利6.25億美元,錄得增長24.3%。正常化每股盈利4.35美分,每股基本盈利4.73美分。

2022年上半年,中國的外部不利因素導致總銷量下跌1.4%。然而,每百升收入上升4.2%,得益於集團持續實施高端化及收入管理策略,使所有市場的每百升收入均呈上升趨勢。集團亦實現了營收和獲利增長,與2021年上半年相比,收入增長2.7%,正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利增長0.4%。正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利率下降74個基點,部分原因是中國的COVID管控措施帶來的營運去槓桿化。

中國方面,渠道調整的情況(包括夜場及餐廳)於4月達到頂峯,並於5月至6月逐漸放寬,並見情況逐月好轉。在6月時,銷量回復並錄得高個位數增長,同時集團的高端及超高端產品組合提升至雙位數增長。在2022年上半年,集團繼續投資於高端化及收入管理措施,帶動每百升收入增加2.4%。集團的高端化仍在持續,百威及超高端產品組合的銷量佔比不斷增加。同時,百威及超高端產品的銷量在受COVID管控措施影響範圍以外的擴張地區錄得雙位數增長。

韓國方面,經營環境在2022年上半年持續改善,餐飲渠道的所有限制措施現時均已取消。集團在餐飲渠道及零售渠道的市場份額均有所增加,支持總市場份額的穩健增長。通過集團的收入管理措施,每百升收入錄得高個位數增長,帶來收入的雙位數增長。除息税折舊攤銷前盈利錄得強勁的雙位數增長,主要來自於銷量及每百升收入的穩健增長支持。印度方面,隨着行業進一步復甦,集團於2022年上半年實現強勁的收入及除息税折舊攤銷前盈利增長。集團的高端及超高端產品銷量合計較去年增加一倍,主要是比較基礎較低之故。
