格隆匯7月27日丨中播控股(00471.HK)公吿，通過一系列的併購，公司完成構建以高軌移動數據衞星為主導，結合5G，人工智能，及大數據技術的天地一體移動數據傳輸平台，具前所未有的大覆蓋、低成本及直達用户傳輸優勢，提供海量的多媒體數據服務，是數碼經濟的新基建及重要平台設施，同時是亞洲的唯一。
通過此平台，公司正在建立兩大新經濟業務：1)衞星車聯網多媒體信息服務，及2)北斗高精定位信息增強服務。這兩項業務最能體現公司衞星平台的獨特優勢，面向龐大新興市場。公司的業務發展策略，是將衞星平台與下游內容服務商捆綁，通過戰略合作打造一體化的服務運營平台，快速商業落地，打造自主的服務生態圈，逐步成為全亞洲最具覆蓋、最多用户、最富內容和最高收益的衞星互聯網數據即服務營運商。
智能車將成為用户最大智能手機和數據消費空間，但應用場景需要高度的移動性、安全性、穩定性及海量的傳輸，非目前地面移動網路能滿足。公司以覆蓋範圍廣，接收成本低，直達汽車的L波段衞星為基礎傳輸平台，結合地面4/5G移動通訊網，是目前最有效益的車聯網傳輸平台，能支持海量和多元化的汽車娛樂媒體資訊和智能駕駛資訊下載。汽車用户均可隨時隨地在無縫網路覆蓋下，享受下載服務，車內用户通過車機和手機均可以享用，無須單獨依靠4/5G移動通訊網，體驗遠超同類競爭。
公司正在推廣其衞星+4/5G接收系統TM-Box應用技術成為國家的汽車多媒體數據接入口標準，內置未來新型車輛，從而快速擴展服務；中國每年有三千萬輛的出廠新車。通過車載資訊應用產業聯盟牽頭聯合公司團隊的多年努力，衞星+4/5G融合技術已被國際電信聯盟採納並頒佈為全球性汽車多媒體國際標準。
此外，衞星導航終端需要增強信息計算出釐米級定位精準度。歐美的Galileo及GPS衞星導航高精定位增強信息，主要是由S波段或L波段的移動高軌衞星天基系統全覆蓋全天候推送。中國國內由於衞星資源缺乏，大部分增強信息依賴地面網路提供，如4G，5G和廣播塔，欠缺全面性和規模經濟效益，是推動北斗商業化的一大障礙。公司L波段高軌衞星平台，能以前所未有的規模效益為北斗傳輸增強信息，成為北斗獨有的“增強資訊天基系統”，覆蓋全亞洲提供達釐米級的高精服務支撐，大幅度追趕美歐美的天基系統，提升北斗在國際市場上的競爭力。
目前公司正在與北斗應用產業聯盟洽談戰略合作，建立北斗天基資訊增強系統，並全面融入北斗產業，提供一體化北斗高精定位服務應用，面向全場景，包括手機、汽車、船舶、飛機、物聯網和偏遠地區等，協調推動北斗全球普及化和商業化。
