恆指升幅擴至逾300點 新城發展、碧桂園及旭輝續升5%-8%
美國總統拜登指將於本周與國家主席習近平通話。滬指及深成終止三連跌,今早回升0.9%及1.2%,報3,279及12,437。此外,恆指今早高開113點或近0.6%報20,676,早段曾反覆回順至20,631獲承接,再度抽升高見20,889,現報20,879,回升316點或1.5%,總成交額547億元。
據報內地擬設房地產基金支援財困內房,規模或達3,000億人民幣。匯豐研究認為若消息屬實,可大大扭轉投資者的悲觀情緒,恢復市場信心;加上內房板塊現估值處於歷史低位,相信政府若推出具體穩定措施可提振買家信心。該行看好包括中國海外(00688.HK)及華潤置地(01109.HK)國企內房;對於風險偏好較高投資者,建議留意旭輝(00884.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)。
內房股今早普遍繼續造好,尤其是旭輝連續第二天跑贏,今早股價重越10天線(2.3元),最高見2.45元,現報2.32元,續升8%;碧桂園由逾六年低位連彈第二天兼重越10天線(3.4元),最高見3.55元, 現報3.49元,續彈6.4%。新城發展(01030.HK)三連彈,最高見2.97元,現報2.94元,續升5%。
藍籌潤地、中海外及龍湖(00960.HK)續升逾2.5%-3%,後兩者三連升兼股價重越10天線(22.4元及28.67),報22.7元及29.4元,續升3.4%-3.5%。
中海宏洋(00081.HK)、遠洋集團(03377.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)、中國金茂(00817.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)及中駿(01966.HK)續升逾2%-5%,後兩者最好,報1.73元及0.78元,續升4.8%及5.4%。
此外,物管股也隨內房造好,其中合景悠活(03913.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)、綠城服務(02869.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)及雅生活服務(03319.HK)升逾2%-6%,後者最強報10.48元。
