西測測試登陸創業板，首日高開31.85%
西測測試（301306.SZ）今日正式登陸創業板，其發行定價為43.23元/股，對應的市盈率為59.88倍，高於可比上市公司市盈率水平（53.32倍），發行市值約36.5億元，在創業板處於合理水平。
今日高開31.85%，盤中維持震盪，截至發稿報56.1元/股，市值約47.35億元。
西測測試是一家家從事軍用裝備和民用飛機產品檢驗檢測的第三方檢驗檢測服務機構，為客户提供環境與可靠性試驗、電子元器件檢測篩選、電磁兼容性試驗等檢驗檢測服務，同時開展檢測設備的研發、生產和銷售以及電裝業務。
同行業中可比公司包括廣電計量、蘇試試驗、信測標準、西谷微電子、京瀚禹、上海宜特以及思科瑞等企業，西測測試在其中的營收規模較小。
公司本次IPO募得8億元資金，比計劃募資金額高出一倍。截至發行前，公司的控股股東和實際控制人為李澤新，其直接持有公司 54.98%的股份，通過華瑞智測間接控制公司 9.48%的股份，通過華瑞智創間接控制公司 6.82%的股份，合計控制公司 71.28%的股份。
業績方面，2019年-2021年，公司營收分別為1.65億元、2.02億元和2.46億元，對應的歸母淨利潤分別為3336萬元、4972萬元和6702萬元，年複合增速約，毛利率維持在50%以上。

值得一提的是，報吿期內，公司因享受高新技術企業税收優惠減免的企業所得税分別為 599.26 萬元、752.88 萬元和 1024.12 萬元，分別佔當期歸母淨利潤的比例為 17.96%、15.14%和15.28%，佔比較高，該類收入具有較大不確定性。
公司客户主要為航空工業、中國航天、中國電科、兵器工業集團、中國航發、中國船舶等軍工集團下屬子公司及科研院所，我國軍工行業素來集中度較高，因此公司的客户集中度也較高。報吿期內，公司前五名客户的銷售收入佔公司營業收入比例分別為 77.48%、72.37%和
67.20%，佔比有所下降，但仍維持在較高水平。
同時，受軍工行業採購計劃、結算流程等因素影響，公司應收賬款規模較大，報吿期各期末，公司應收賬款餘額分別為1.46億元、1.73億元和2.10億元，佔總資產的比例在4成左右。隨着公司業務規模的增長，如未來不能及時回款，應收賬款增長較快，將會佔用大量流動資金，影響資金週轉，同時應收賬款發生壞賬的可能性加大，對公司的生產經營造成不利影響。
