概念掘金 | 國務院批覆！建立數字經濟發展部際聯席會議制度
7月25日，國務院辦公廳發佈關於同意建立數字經濟發展部際聯席會議制度的函。函件顯示，國務院同意建立由國家發展改革委牽頭的數字經濟發展部際聯席會議制度。
數字經濟發展部際聯席會議由國家發展改革委、中央網信辦、教育部、科技部、工業和信息化部、公安部、民政部、財政部、人力資源社會保障部、住房城鄉建設部、交通運輸部、農業農村部、商務部、國家衞生健康委、人民銀行、國務院國資委、税務總局、市場監管總局、銀保監會、證監會等20個部門組成，國家發展改革委為牽頭單位。
主要職責
聯席會議主要職責有四項：一是貫徹落實黨中央、國務院決策部署，推進實施數字經濟發展戰略，統籌數字經濟發展工作，研究和協調數字經濟領域重大問題，指導落實數字經濟發展重大任務並開展推進情況評估，研究提出相關政策建議。二是協調製定數字化轉型、促進大數據發展、“互聯網+”行動等數字經濟重點領域規劃和政策，組織提出並督促落實數字經濟發展年度重點工作，推進數字經濟領域制度、機制、標準規範等建設。三是統籌推動數字經濟重大工程和試點示範，加強與有關地方、行業數字經濟協調推進工作機制的溝通聯繫，強化與各類示範區、試驗區協同聯動，協調推進數字經濟領域重大政策實施，組織探索適應數字經濟發展的改革舉措。四是完成黨中央、國務院交辦的其他事項。
數字經濟這些年
近年來，我國數字經濟發展迅猛，日益推動我國產業轉型升級和經濟高質量發展。尤其在疫情衝擊下，線上經濟蓬勃發展、推動數字經濟與實體經濟融合發展不斷深化。數字經濟作為國民經濟的“穩定器”“加速器”作用更加凸顯。
中國信息通信研究院發佈的《中國數字經濟發展報吿（2022年）》顯示，2021年我國數字經濟發展取得新突破，數字經濟規模達到45.5萬億元，同比名義增長16.2%，佔GDP比重達到39.8%。

中國信息通信研究院副院長王志勤指出，“2002年到2011年，我國數字經濟增速低於同期GDP平均增速，數字經濟僅僅是國民經濟的一部分。2012年以來，我國數字經濟規模佔GDP的比重不斷提升，數字經濟年均增速顯著高於同期GDP平均增速，已成為支撐經濟高質量發展的關鍵力量。”
