《大行報告》匯豐研究:新世界(00017.HK)放售非核心資產屬正面 收窄資產值折讓及改善財務狀況
匯豐研究發表報告指,昨日(20日)有傳媒報道新世界(00017.HK)計劃出售總值超過100億元的非核心資產,該行對此看法正面,認為有助集團項目資金再循環,或可有更佳回報。
該行表示,出售亦有助集團改善淨負債比率,及收窄資產淨值折讓。於2022財年,新世界出售總值140億元的非核心資產,目標是於2023年出售另外90億元。
匯豐研究維持新世界股份「買入」評級及目標價33.3元。
