新世界(00017.HK)北角前皇都戲院項目圖則獲批 商住樓面比例各佔約半
據屋宇署5月資料顯示,新世界(00017.HK)北角前皇都戲院重建項目獲批,將在4層基座及3層地庫之上,建兩幢商住大樓,樓高分別19及27層,住宅及商業部分各佔約20.16萬及18.37萬平方尺,涉及總樓面38.5萬平方尺。
另外,屋宇署則批出多幅圖則,包括長實(01113.HK)旗下啓德4E區2號住宅地皮,將建8座商住物業,包括1座6層高、及7座28至29層高物業,住宅樓面涉62.46萬平方尺,另有近2.3萬平方尺商業樓面。
會德豐上水古洞第24區住宅用地,則獲批建2座27層高的商住物業,提供逾41萬平方尺住宅、及逾8.2萬平方尺商業樓面;新地(00016.HK)屯門掃管笏項目,將在1層低層地下之上,建6座18至20層高住宅,共涉61.14萬平方尺樓面。
另一方面,恆地(00012.HK)上環伊利近街重建項目則於5月份獲批兩份圖則,其中33至39號,批建1座27層高的商住物業,提供3.97萬平方尺住宅及3,961平方尺非住宅樓面;至於毗鄰的41至47A號,則批建1座27層高的商住物業,住宅樓面涉近5.93萬平方尺,非住宅樓面涉約6,196平方尺。
恆地同系紅磡黃埔街26至40A號、必嘉街83至85號,亦獲批圖則,項目可建1座22層高的商住物業,將提供10.48萬平方尺住宅及1.98萬平方尺非住宅樓面。(ca/u)
