泰加控股(06161.HK)入稟向張德熙等3名前高層追討賠償12億
泰加控股(06161.HK)日前入稟高等法院,要求法庭聲明前主席張德熙及兩前執行董事違反授信責任,追討賠償近12億元;另外,附屬公司泰加保險有限公司入稟呈請自行清盤。
案件原告為泰加控股,被告包括張德熙、泰加控股前執行董事、風險委員會成員陳學貞和劉家儀。入稟狀稱,張德熙自約2020年至2021年底,向Nerico Brothers Limited(NBL)存入現金資產進行外幣交易,並進一步促使或允許子公司增加款項金額。(ca/w)
