銀保監要求銀行推動「保交樓」 內房物管及內銀止跌回升 旭輝、合景及富力彈9%-11%
針對近期內地「爛尾樓斷供潮」問題,中國銀保監會要求銀行要主動承擔社會責任,千方百計推動「保交樓」的金融服務。A股房地產板塊今早升2.6%。此外,恆指扭五連跌,現報20,638,回升340點或1.7%,總成交額460億元。 本港內房股也止跌回升,尤其是上周累挫20%藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)扭三連挫,股價由近三年低位反彈5.4%,報29.5元;上周累挫26%的碧桂園(02007.HK)扭五連跌,股價由近6年低位反彈6.3%報3.52元,上周累挫30%的碧服(06098.HK)扭五連跌,股價由近三年低位反彈8.1%報24.65元。上周累跌一成的潤地(01109.HK)及中海外(00688.HK)扭五連跌,股價回升3%及4%,報34.45元及23.1元。 萬科(02202.HK)扭三連跌,股價由四個月低位反彈2.2%報16元。時代中國(01233.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、中駿(01966.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及富力(02777.HK)升逾6%-11%,後三者彈力最強,分別報2.54元、1.72元及1.85元,升9%-11%。 合生創展(00754.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)及綠城中國(03900.HK)升4%-5%。 保利物業(06049.HK)、綠城服務(02869.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、雅生活服務(03319.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)及融創服務(01516.HK)升逾1.5%-7%,後兩者彈力最強報1.81元及3.63元。 此外,四大國有行、招行(03968.HK)及郵儲行(01658.HK)也升逾1%-3%,後者彈力最強,股價由近一年低位反彈3.4%報5.15元,結束三連挫。
