外高橋(600648.SH):上半年淨利潤預增約58.7%
格隆匯7月15日丨外高橋(600648.SH)公佈,公司預計2022年半年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為6.97億元左右,與上年同期相比,約增加25,765萬元,增幅約58.7%。
公司預計2022年半年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為6.30億元左右,與上年同期相比,約增加29,948萬元,增幅約90.5%。
雖然受疫情及公司對小微企業等減免租金的影響,本期房產租賃業務、進出口貿易業務收入和毛利較上年同期有所下滑,但是由於本期商品房銷售結轉面積、收入和毛利較上年同期有較大增長,因此主營業務產生的利潤較上年同期增幅較大。
本期非經常性損益較上年同期大幅下降,主要為本期收到政府補助較上年同期減少,以及上年同期收到上海僑福外高橋置業有限公司特殊債權收益等因素綜合影響。
