*ST博信(600083.SH)半年度預盈4830萬元到4890萬元、將實現扭虧為盈
格隆匯7月14日丨*ST博信(600083.SH)公佈,預計2022年半年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4830萬元到4890萬元,與上年同期相比,將實現扭虧為盈。
預計2022年半年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤140萬元到200萬元。
本期業績預盈的主要原因:(一)主營業務影響。2021年9-12月,公司完成併購江西千平機械有限公司,購入門式、塔式起重機,進一步拓展了公司裝備綜合服務業務的業務範圍。報吿期內,公司裝備綜合服務業務整體穩定發展、智能硬件業務持續開展,使得公司主營業務利潤有所增長。
(二)非經營性損益的影響。報吿期內,債務重組收益及收到政府補助等事項對當期淨利潤的影響金額約4690萬元。
