恆指曾彈近200點 惟內房續捱沽 碧桂園及旭輝續跌7%-8%

恆指兩連跌力守20,800後，今早曾反彈195點高見21,040，現報20,996，反彈151點或0.7%，成交額482億元。此外，科指曾彈逾2%高見4,629，現報4,610，反彈1.9%。
然而，市場繼續擔憂內房債務違約，以及昨天有多家內房相關股因持續停牌遭剔除深港通下港股通名單。內房股今早逆市受壓，尤其是藍籌碧桂園(02007.HK)三連跌，曾挫9.7%至3.62元創近四個月低喘定，現報3.73元，續挫7%，為最傷藍籌；其餘三大藍籌內房也反覆受壓，潤地(01109.HK)及中海外(00688.HK)反覆三連跌，現報35.35元及23.7元，倒跌逾1%及1%；龍湖(00960.HK)高開逾2%報33.5元欠承接，現報31.85元，倒跌2.7%。
美的置業(03990.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、合生創展(00754.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)及旭輝(00884.HK)續跌逾1.5%-5%，後者最傷股價八連跌，報2.72元，續跌8.1%。
物管股以時代鄰里(09928.HK)、雅生活服務(03319.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)及藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)表現最差，股價續跌3%-4%，後者報26.05元，續跌4.1%，創兩個月低。然而，綠城服務(02869.HK)反彈1.5%曾高見8.81元；中海物業(02669.HK)也彈1.1%報8.9元。
