ESR(01821.HK)股息政策獲批準 擬派中期息
ESR(01821.HK)公佈,董事會已檢討並批準公司股息政策,自今日(13日)生效。據此,公司擬於8月當公司截至6月底止中期業績獲批準時,開始派付截今年12月底止財政年度的中期股息。公司將於董事會批準該中期股息時刊發公告。
根據股息政策,公司擬開始於每一財政年度向股東派付股息,其金額於今後數年由董事會考慮相關因素釐定。此後,公司將可能尋求採納基於其核心盈利的股息派付比率,詳情將由公司於適當時公佈。
