德生科技(002908.SZ)半年度扣非淨利潤預增50%-65%
格隆匯7月12日丨德生科技(002908.SZ)公佈，預計2022年半年度實現營業收入36856.7萬元-41109.4萬元，同比增長30%-45%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3725.67-4111.08萬元，同比增長45%-60%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤3495.74萬元–3845.32萬元，同比增長50%-65%。
2022年上半年，公司全體員工不懈努力，抓住了社保民生行業高速發展的趨勢所帶來的業務機會，實現營業收入、淨利潤持續性增長。
報吿期內，全國各地響應國家積極推動以社會保障卡為載體，建設居民服務“一卡通”的要求，第三代社保卡已進入髮卡高峯期。公司採取線上線下的方式提供“社保卡+”全產業鏈的綜合運營服務方案，以“服務推動髮卡”，有效實現主動髮卡模式落地，髮卡量快速增長。
在疫情常態化的背景下，公司擴大了戰略合作“朋友圈”，與中國電子成為戰略合作伙伴，並與數字廣東聯合研發推出“粵康碼·數字哨兵”的數字化抗疫產品，有效提升防疫工作的精準化，目前已在廣東省全面落地，並在全國其他省市加速推廣。公司在各優秀合作伙伴的帶領下，將持續推動“一卡通及AIoT應用”業務快速增長。
同時，公司“人社運營及大數據服務”業務也迎來了高需求增長，該類業務合同訂單金額實現同比大幅度增加。其中，公司依託自研技術和強有力技術中台，在貴州省畢節市建設的“全口徑勞動力大數據分析應用平台”取得階段性成效，利用“大數據”、“互聯網運營”和“服務”三大要素，實現人力資源業務線上化，打通就業“最後一公里”服務運營體系。
雖然疫情衝擊着經濟，公司業務覆蓋的部分城市在服務方案推廣、應標、實施和驗收等環節有所延緩，但公司通過加強供應端各環節的管理，力爭將疫情影響降到低點。面對社保服務巨大的市場空間，公司將緊抓行業機遇，不斷助力政府提升社會治理和公共服務能力，實現更大的業績增長目標。
