鼎通科技(688668.SH)半年度淨利潤預增52.81% 營收增加、在手訂單充足
格隆匯7月12日丨鼎通科技(688668.SH)公佈2022年半年度業績預增公吿，公司預計2022年半年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為8751.66萬元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加3024.63萬元，同比增加52.81%；預計2022年半年度歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為8538.26萬元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加3356.58萬元，同比增加64.78%。
本期業績變化的主要原因：
1、2022年半年度公司預計實現營業收入約為4.23億元，較上年同期(法定披露數據)增長60.09%，主要由於：在報吿期內，公司生產經營正常，在手訂單充足，在通訊方面：公司不斷擴充cage及結構件產品型號，豐富產品應用場景；同時受益於海內外基礎設施投入不斷加大，市場需求旺盛；並隨着產品升級，進一步提升產品價格，公司營業收入增長較快；在汽車方面：公司不斷加深與現有比亞迪等客户的合作，之前開發的產品在今年二季度逐漸通過認證並爬坡式進入量產。
2.、2022年半年度歸母淨利潤同比增長52.81%，主要系公司營業收入增加，並不斷開發新產品，體現公司產品競爭優勢；同時在原料採購、產品銷售、成本等方面進行嚴格有效管控，使公司保持了較好的淨利潤率。
3、2022年半年度公司預計歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為8538.26萬元，主要系政府補助及理財收益影響非經常性損益所致。
4、公司實施的2021年限制性股票激勵計劃，相關股份支付費用按季度分攤確認，並在經常性損益中列支，預計對報吿期內淨利潤影響約為820.08萬元，報吿期內，若不考慮股權支付費用影響，預計公司歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為9571.74萬元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，同比增加67.13%；預計公司歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為9358.34萬元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，同比增加80.60%。
