《大行報告》大摩下調明源雲(00909.HK)目標價至11.8元 評級「增持」
摩根士丹利發表研究報告指,由於中國一線城市經歷封城及下游房地產市場的緩慢復甦,導致ERP業務收入急劇下降,預測2022至2024年明源雲(00909.HK)的收入將分別按年下降15.7%、18.7%及21.8%,經營溢利預測分別下降7.3%、96.3%和32.9%,正常化每股盈利預測則下降11%、13.8%及10.8%。
該行將明源雲目標價由13元降至11.8元,但指出公司在中國房地產服務市場佔有主導地位,目前正將業務拓展至國企客戶,給予「增持」評級。
