海底撈(06862.HK)宣佈,公司現正考慮將Super Hi International Holding Ltd.的股份進行實物分派方式的分拆及以介紹上市方式於香港聯交所主板單獨上市之可能性。Super Hi及其附屬公司主要
於大中華區(包括中國內地、香港、澳門及臺灣)以外地區從事餐飲業務。
公司董事會認爲,建議分拆符合公司及其股東的整體利益,因爲建議分拆可使Super Hi的業務及集團的其餘業務在其各自的地域範圍內獲得更好的發展,並在一個獨立的上市平臺上產生未來的增值收益。
