鼎豐集團(06878.HK)斥2.9億人幣收購兩家聯營公司全部股權
鼎豐集團(06878.HK)宣布,全資附屬廈門鼎繹文化作為買方,向集團透過全資附屬贛州問鼎持股49%的賣方中城城開集團,收購其持有的廈門鼎造商業營運管理及麗水市富豐文化旅遊全部股權,代價為2.9億元人民幣。
其中麗水市富豐文化旅遊持有兩幅地塊,位於中國浙江省麗水市大猷街與大洋路交叉口西北側,佔地總面積約74,721平方米;廈門鼎造商業營運管理則主要在中國提供物業管理服務。
集團表示,相關收購目標為集團的聯營公司,進行收購事項的主要原因是集團與中城就目標公司及該土地的商業定位及未來業務發展策略存在分歧,中城並無按集團原有預期向目標公司提供預期的資源,因此雙方決定終止合作。
