格隆匯7月7日丨遠東傳動(002406.SZ)公佈,許昌市建安區土地收購儲備中心收儲公司位於河南省許昌市建安區尚集鎮昌盛路中段南北兩側廠區的土地等資產,土地面積331690.67平方米,土地性質為工業用地,使用權類型為出讓地。
後續,許昌市建安區政府會依據相關國有土地上房屋徵收與補償等文件規定,按照許昌市城市總體規劃要求,結合該項目實際情況,開展資產評估、房屋搬遷補償與安置工作,保障公司的合法權益,確保公司正常生產經營不受影響。
