先豐服務(00500.HK)擬對南非貨運代理附屬進行商業救援
先豐服務集團(00500.HK)公布,決定就公司於南非註冊成立之全資附屬Transit Freight Forwarding Proprietary Limited(TFF)進行自願商業救援程序,以重組TFF的事務及/或尋求潛在投資者,從而在其有償債能力的基礎上最大化其存續的可能性。
TFF主要從事提供貨運代理服務,為集團其中一個位於南非的物流基地。倘TFF的商業救援程序不成功,或TFF沒有可行的方案,則TFF將透過自願清算的方式進行清盤。
