上半年全球房價漲幅榜出爐 美國這個城市暴漲110%居首
格隆匯7月2日丨據證券時報,今年上半年,以人民幣計價,全球250多個城市上半年房價出現上漲,同期不到90個城市房價下跌。美國主要城市房價大面積上漲,且位居全球漲幅榜前列。全球主要城市地區房價漲幅前十中,有8個地區來自美國。其中,美國華盛頓州斯波坎市中心公寓均價升破7萬元大關,大漲超110%,位居首位。
土耳其伊斯坦布爾成爲歐洲房價漲幅最大的城市,市中心均價從1月底的8782元漲到6月底均價14083元,漲幅超60%位居全球第三歐洲第一。瑞士蘇黎世市中心今年上半年房價大漲逾24%,均價升至11.68萬元,超過倫敦,登上歐洲城市房價之巔。
卡塔爾多哈市中心公寓均價從2.64萬元大漲至3.86萬元,漲幅高達46.1%,領漲亞洲樓市。胡志明市上半年房價漲幅超過20%,均價超過3.5萬元。日本東京房價出現大幅下挫,均價從1月底的7.26萬元跌至6.34萬元,跌幅接近13%,房價和中國一線城市相近,不過東京地區人均GDP約8萬美元,而北京去年人均GDP約爲18.4萬元人民幣。
