澳股高開低走 收跌0.43% 經濟衰退擔憂增強 能源股大跌

格隆匯7月1日丨澳大利亞S&P/ASX200指數收跌0.43%，報6539.9點。美國經通脹調整後的5月個人支出年內首次下降，前四個月的漲幅均被下修，亞特蘭大聯儲GDPNow模型對第二季GDP的預測降至萎縮1%，市場對經濟衰退的擔憂增強，國際油價大幅走低，美、布油期貨跌至106、109美元下方；美國國債收益率走低，10年期美債收益率跌破3%，澳大利亞10年期國債收益率下降12基點至3.576%，澳元大幅貶值，澳元兑美元跌1.17%，報0.6822；美國白宮宣佈將從澳大利亞進口約5.6萬磅配方奶粉，以確保為家庭提供足夠嬰兒配方奶粉；野村證券經濟學家預計澳聯儲將在下週二再次加息50個基點，並在8月和9月持續加息50個基點，使官方現金利率達到2.35%，接近中性水平；澳大利亞8個首府城市經季調後的房價環比下降0.6%，悉尼（-1.6%）和墨爾本（-1.1%）的房價下降居首，凱投宏觀：澳大利亞房價可能較峯值下跌15%。能源股大跌3.07%，伍德賽德能源跌4.37%，桑托斯跌2.83%，煙煤澳大利亞跌5.02%，懷特黑文煤炭跌3.31%。礦業股跌1.59%，澳大利亞三大鐵礦商必和必拓、力拓、FMG跌2.3%至3.02%，稀土商Lynas稀土漲2.63%。房地產股漲1.88%，物流空間提供商嘉民集團漲2.19%，與力拓簽訂5年協議的模塊化建築公司Fleetwood漲10.04%，預計22財年業績將處於指引低端的地產集團Ingenia跌0.75%。工業股漲1.57%，取消了Costco塑料托盤的試驗並避開了大量資本支出的物流用品公司Brambles漲3.17%，獲美國海軍潛在價值43.5億澳元合同的造船商Austal飆升25%。
