格隆匯6月30日丨浙江新能(600032.SH)公佈,公司預計2022年半年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為6.6億元到7.8億元,與上年同期相比,將增加43662萬元到55662萬元,同比增加195.45%到249.17%。
公司預計2022年半年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.5億元到5.6億元,與上年同期相比,將增加23552萬元到34552萬元,同比增加109.81%到161.10%。
本期業績變化的主要原因:(一)主營業務影響。報吿期內,公司所屬水電項目發電量較上年同期有較大增長,新增風電項目投產發電,業績較上年同期有較大增長。
(二)非經營性損益的影響。本期公司通過上海證券交易所集中競價交易方式擇機減持所持有的錢江水利開發股份有限公司部分股份,取得投資收益。
