大新銀行(02356.HK)獲批籌建深圳分行 成為首家在內地持「雙牌照」境外銀行
大新銀行(02356.HK)公布,最近獲中國銀行保險監督管 理委員會批准,在2008年成立的全資附屬法人銀行大新銀行(中國)以外,籌建全新直屬香港大新銀行總部的深圳分行,成為首家在內地持有「雙牌照」的境外銀行。預料新深圳分行籌建工作將於2023年初完成。
該行計劃將新深圳分行進駐前海深港國際金融城,以響應國家擴大金融業對外開放政策,認為在香港特區成立25周年之際落實有關批核,令這項深港合作更具意義。
