《大行報告》高盛上調渣打(02888.HK)目標價至83元 評級「買入」
高盛發表報告,考慮到對聯邦基金利率的最新估算,將渣打(02888.HK)2022、2023、2024及2025年每股盈利預測分別上調6%、5%、5%及8%,目標價從78元上調至83元,重申評級「買入」。
渣打將於下月29日公佈今年第二季業績。高盛預計渣打淨息差按季擴大8個基點,令第二季淨利息收入按年增長10%。隨着銀行同業拆借系統的過剩流動性減少,高盛預計港元利率將在下半年回升。
從集團層面,高盛預計未來幾個季度渣打關鍵收入指標將加速增長,預計將在2022年末或2023年年中左右形成增長峯值(增速達約25%-30%),成爲渣打在近期歷史上實現最快的淨利息收入增長。
高盛預計渣打將提前一年實現10%的有形股東回報率的目標,預計集團將於2022-2024年實現超過50億美元的回購,加上股息回報指引,料2023/24年總收益回報約7%及10%。
