協同通信(01613.HK)年度公司擁有人應占虧損1.1億港元
格隆匯6月29日丨協同通信(01613.HK)發佈公吿,截至2022年3月31日止年度,集團錄得收益約1.142億港元,同比增長26.5%。集團於2022財年的毛利約為2290萬港元,較2021財年輕微減少約0.4%。2022財年的毛利率亦下跌至20.1%,而2021財年則為25.5%。毛利及毛利率均有所下降,主要是由於本年度其產品組件(例如芯片、顯示屏及觸控屏幕)的全球價格整體飆升令成本上升所致。公司擁有人應占虧損由過往年度約1510萬港元大幅增加約9460萬港元或6.3倍至本年度約1.097億港元,主要由於集團於本年度就其應收款項已計提預期信貸虧損約6290萬港元的撥備金額,相對過往年度則錄得預期信貸虧損撥回460萬港元,及本年度確認集團商譽的減值虧損2790萬港元(2021年:無)。
