美蘭空港(00357.HK)減免符條件美蘭機場租戶租金 料收益降6,469萬人幣
美蘭空港(00357.HK)公布,受新冠肺炎疫情不斷反復的影響,董事會於今日(27日)審議並批准租金減免政策,符合相關條件的若干美蘭機場租戶可申請減免今年3月1日至4月15日或5月31日期間的相關租金,及/或補充性減免。
租金減免政策的範圍涵蓋T1航站樓、T2航站樓及站前綜合體的商鋪、商業服務櫃檯、自助服務設備點位及廣告等。
集團預期由於租金減免政策,收益將減少約6,469萬元人民幣,租金減免政策料將不會對公司的持續經營能力及長期發展造成重大影響。
