花旗:對住宅相關地產股看法審慎
花旗銀行財富管理業務高級投資策略師陳正犖預料,在加息週期下,今年香港住宅樓價將下跌5%至8%,在地產股中,較看好大衆零售相關股票,對寫字樓相關股份持中性看法,對住宅相關地產股則持審慎看法。
花旗銀行投資策略及環球財富策劃部主管廖嘉豪預料,香港銀行業會待經濟穩定纔會上調最優惠利率,預料第四季會上調0.25個百分點。他認爲,105是美匯指數階段性高位,雖然7月後美元強勢有可能緩和,但日本央行政策不變,日圓短期將內繼續偏弱。
花旗預料,日圓在三個月內將會在138兌一美元水平,未來6至12個月料見130兌一美元。
