德林控股(01709.HK):經濟下行周期為投資良機
德林控股(01709.HK)主席、執行董事兼首席執行官陳寧迪表示,即使美國加息、通脹高企、中美貿易戰等不利的宏觀因素,以致經濟或踏入下行周期,但對公司而言卻是一個投資良機。
他指,當經濟處於增長時,一些具投資價值的資產價格會偏高,而經濟衰退時作價會隨大環境改變而下滑,是集團在淡市中「趁低吸納」的好機會。
德林首席運營官孫瑜表示,今次派紅股是回饋股東支持的方式之一,又稱會不斷研究回饋股東的方法,至於明年會否再派紅股,他指要視乎公司當時的財務表現及環境而定。(ca/u)
