中國軟件國際(00354.HK)：公司、深開鴻與天津市政府建立戰略伙伴關係 打造北方開源鴻蒙之城
格隆匯6月23日丨中國軟件國際(00354.HK)宣佈，公司、深圳開鴻數字產業發展有限公司(以下簡稱"深開鴻")近日與天津市人民政府(以下簡稱"天津市政府")簽署戰略合作協議。本次戰略合作，公司將攜手深開鴻，結合天津市區位、人才、產業生態、信息技術服務業和信創產業等優勢，發揮公司作為IT服務領軍企業在數字經濟領域的技術儲備和產業能力，以開源鴻蒙場景化創新為牽引，圍繞產業數字經濟發展，將天津市建設成為產業生態完善、核心技術領先、應用場景豐富、產業競爭力強大的開源鴻蒙產業高地，打造北方開源鴻蒙之城。
本次戰略合作，三方將秉持着"優勢互補、互利共贏"的原則，匯聚各自優勢力量，助力開源鴻蒙產業發展壯大。公司將通過政企數字化轉型需求為切入口，以場景開放驅動智能化升級需求，以應用落地帶動技術發展，以協同創新服務匯聚產業生態，構建天津開源鴻蒙產業生態發展的基礎平台。公司還將攜手深開鴻共同針對開源鴻蒙底層技術及引用進行攻關，提升天津區域開發者對開源鴻蒙的貢獻度。
公司將在天津打造鴻聯生態平台，推動產學研協同創新，構建統一產業平台，將垂直行業的知識和行業的需求跟技術供給側結合起來，溝通鏈接區域政企智能化需求與開源鴻蒙生態企業產品供給，創新孵化基於開源鴻蒙系統的產品與解決方案。公司將聯合深開鴻，在天津智慧城市、智慧政務、智慧社區等場景推廣落地開源鴻蒙系統解決方案，重點在黨政、交通、能源、水利水務、金融、工業等領域推動開源鴻蒙商業發行版適配適用，通過打造標杆示範案例，助力天津市建設成為產業生態完善、核心技術領先、應用場景豐富、產業競爭力較強的開源鴻蒙產業示範區。公司還將在天津建設軟件工廠，以安全、可控、高效為核心，圍繞開源鴻蒙產品和解決方案以及生態企業，構建適應不同業務應用場景的軟件工廠，並提供運營離岸研發中心所需的精益諮詢能力。
此次公司與天津市政府建立戰略合作關係，有利於公司立足天津面向京津冀區域，以物聯網、大健康、智能家居、智能製造、工業互聯網、智慧黨政、智慧金融等領域打造開源鴻蒙應用標杆，進一步推進公司智能物聯網戰略落地，深化鴻聯生態平台的應用與沉澱，梳理、釋放開源鴻蒙的應用需求，牽引深開鴻KaihongOS物聯網根技術底座的完善與成熟，並帶動公司基石業務與產品、方案的整合輸出，以全棧的服務能力，共同構建自主創新智能物聯網的新格局。
