穆迪:澳門通過新博彩法 料中場賭收至2024年全面恢復
評級機構穆迪表示,澳門立法會日前通過新博彩法,規定新博彩特許經營權的期限和範圍,並加強對行業的監管,預期對澳門博彩營運商造成的信貸影響大致可控。
穆迪預測,今年澳門中場博彩收入將達到2019年水平的40%左右,明年料進一步復甦,提升至2019年同期80%,並在2024年全面恢復。由於當局打擊博彩中介,該行預計貴賓廳收入不會出現任何顯着改善。
惟該行指出,近日澳門爆發新一波疫情,加上出遊限制收緊,再次突顯出博彩總收入復甦步伐緩慢且不均衡的風險,對澳門博彩營運商信貸狀況有不利影響。
