《大行報告》摩通:本港地產及收租股未反映正面因素 看好新地、長實、信置及太古地產
摩通發表研究報告指出,本港地產發展商於加息環境下表現跑贏大市,但地產及收租股現價較每股資產淨值折讓約60%,相信尚未反映正面因素,包括國際間的重新開放及內地人口在香港潛在回升的情況。
該行較為偏好寫字樓收租股如置地及太古地產(01972.HK),認為其估值便宜,以及看好發展商股如新地(00016.HK)、長實(01113.HK)及信置(00083.HK),認為上述股份可能有額外潛在上升空間。
