地政總署公布,位於灣仔皇后大道東的內地段第9061號的用地,以逾19.62億元批予太古地產(01972.HK)旗下Achieve Bright,批租期為五十年,每呎樓面地價近1.7萬元。
地皮於上周五(17日)截標,接獲21份標書,其他入標發展商包括旭日國際、漢國置業(00160.HK)、信置(00083.HK)、華懋、遠展(00035.HK)、中信泰富、永泰(00369.HK)、佳明國際、會德豐地產、恆地(00012.HK)、嘉華(00173.HK)、鷹君(00041.HK)、建灝、長實(01113.HK)、中海外(00688.HK),及百利保(00617.HK)與同系富豪國際(00078.HK)合資等。
該地現址為呂祺教育服務中心,地皮面積1.32萬方呎,最高可建住宅10.3萬方呎及商業1.32萬方呎,市場預測估值介乎約13.9億元至22億元。
