美聯(01200.HK)黃建業料全年樓價升3%至5%
美聯集團(01200.HK)主席黃建業表示,疫情仍然是樓市的最大挑戰。疫情一日未過,通關未有期,北水難以大舉流港,本港經濟仍未具備全面復甦的條件。
他估計下半年一手及二手成交量雖然會反彈,但反彈的幅度仍會受制於疫情,料全年一手成交錄1.5萬宗,即下半年錄約1.02萬宗,較上半年升約1.125倍;二手全年成交約4.8萬宗,即下半年錄約2.7萬宗,較上半年升近29%。
樓價方面,他預計下半年樓價將於成交回升的帶動下趨向穩定,未通關前全年仍會有約3%至5%升幅。(ek/a)
