東亞(00023.HK)與其士國際(00025.HK)達成5,000萬元綠色貸款協議
東亞銀行(00023.HK)與其士國際(00025.HK)宣布,達成一項5,000萬元的綠色貸款協議,成為東亞銀行向其士國際提供的首筆綠色貸款。
貸款將由其士國際旗下子公司其士(建築)有限公司用於「松悅樓」的建築工程。
「松悅樓」是香港房屋協會位於沙田乙明村採用鋼結構「組裝合成」建築法興建的長者房屋項目,樓高十層,共提供64個長者友善出租單位,當中還包括長者康樂中心、有蓋行人通道及升降機,以及於村內重置原有的羽毛球場。
