摩通發表報告,在商品價格上漲、通貨膨脹和匯率變動,香港公用股首選爲長建(01038.HK)及電能(00006.HK),將兩股評級由「中性」升至「增持」,兩間公司受益於英國和澳洲的通脹,認爲它們在燃料成本上升和人民幣貶值的情況下處於最佳位置,隨着全球重新開放關口,他們的併購活動也可能會有所增加。目標價和評級詳細見另表。
相反,摩通對中電控股(00002.HK)和粵投(00270.HK)持謹慎態度並將其評級由「增持」下調至「中性」,因爲它們面臨燃料成本上升、澳洲業務競爭激烈(中電)和房地產銷售放緩(粵投)等多重不利因素。該行建議在三個月內建議對長建及電能持長倉,對中電持短倉。
