《內地樓市》鄭州對棚戶區實施房票安置 予被徵收人補償權益金額8%獎勵
河南鄭州市人民政府官網發布《鄭州市大棚戶區改造項目房票安置實施辦法(暫行)》,將對棚戶區改造實施房票安置,規定房票持有使用期限自房票核發之日起計算,最長不超過12個月,被徵收人應在房票有效期內購房支付。 《辦法》規定,選擇房票安置的被徵收人,安置補償權益按照房屋徵收與補償相關規定計算後,由徵收人給予安置補償權益金額8%的獎勵,作為房票安置政策性獎勵,列入房票票面金額,同時以現金方式獎勵被徵收人三個月的過渡費。 政策為接受房票安置設置了豐厚的獎勵和優惠政策,涉及資金、購房區域選擇、購房資格、契稅減免、子女入學資格等。中指研究院河南公司總經理梁波濤向《每日經濟新聞》表示,購房者若是認購住宅後還剩餘一部分資金,那麼也可以利用此類房票來認購其他物業。 鄭州市住房保障和房地產管理局向內地傳媒表示,雖然企業是自願參與籌措房源,但已經有了一定的先期摸底,一些即將交樓的房源也願意參與,因為房票安置在一定程度上會利於房企銷售,相信會有更多企業參與。
