《即日市評》恆指再升 內房及物管股受追捧
受友邦(01299.HK)及內房股帶動下,恆指今日反覆造好,兩萬一失而復得。市場關注美國經濟衰退的風險,美股道指及納指各跌0.1%及1.4%;執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率跌至3.236厘,美匯指數處104.43,美股道指期貨最新升160點或0.54%,納指期貨最新升0.87%。人民幣即期收升150點報6.6860兌一美元,上證綜指今日微跌1點或0.04%收3,315點,深證成指升1.27%,內地創業板指數升近2%,滬深兩市成交額共1.16萬億人民幣。 恆指低開126點後,一度跌235點曾低見20,839點,其後倒升,二萬一點關失而復得,高位曾升100點,全日收報21,163點,升88點或0.4%;國指升31點或0.4%,收報7,399點;恆生科技指數亦升4點或0.09%,收報4,657點。大市全日成交總額1,318.52億元,滬、深港通南下交易全日淨流入金額分別為9.61億及13.6億元人民幣。友邦全日股價漲1.3%收80.4元。新東方在線(01797.HK)股價急滑32.1%收16.98元。 【收企兩萬一 內房股彈高】 內房股有支持,中國海外(00688.HK)股價抽升近9%收23.7元,華潤置地(01109.HK)漲8.4%,而碧桂園(02007.HK)及碧桂園服務(06098.HK)全日股價分別上揚7.2%及15%,融創服務(01516.HK)及旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)股價升超過12%。人民銀行副行長、國家外匯管理局局長潘功勝近日表示,疫情形勢正在逐步好轉,經濟社會秩序加快恢復,房地產市場交易活躍性上升。將繼續堅持「房子是用來住的、不是用來炒的」定位,因城施策實施好差別化住房信貸政策,更好滿足購房者的合理住房需求,促進房地產市場平穩健康發展。 華泰證券早前發表報告表示,今年5月全國商品房銷售面積和金額按年降幅較4月收窄各7.2及8.9個百分點。這與該行整理的高頻數據趨勢相符,且6月以來改善勢頭仍在延續。該行認為銷售已經出現拐點,但受疫情反覆、地產供需預期雙弱、經濟下行損害購買力等因素的共同影響,銷售景氣度仍處於低位,仍需要政策的持續支持。該行預計內房板塊將迎來基本面逐步復甦及政策利好共振的階段,在前期調整過後有望迎來新一輪行情。 【市寬略改善 濠賭股造淡】 港股今日市寬略改善,主板股票的升跌比率為23比16(上日21比18),恆指成份股今日44隻股份上升,下跌股份24隻,升跌比率為64比35(上日為52比48);大市今日錄沽空228.09億元,佔可沽空股份成交額1,129.8億元的20.188%(上日為19.872%)。 澳門爆發新一輪疫情,濠賭股受壓,金沙中國(01928.HK)全日股價跌2.1%,永利澳門(01128.HK)下滑3.4%收4.29元,澳博(00880.HK)股價走低3.2%。花旗發表報告表示,澳門爆發新冠疫情,並由昨日(19日)中午至本周二(21日)中午十二時進行全民核檢,該行預計澳門收緊的防疫強化措施將至少持續到7月底。該行表示保守地將澳門6月份博彩收入預測,從30億下調至25億澳門元,並將澳門7月份博彩收入預測,從90億元下調至30億澳門元。(wl/a) ~
