中國建築興業(00830.HK)擬溢價1.85%配股 淨籌2.19億元
中國建築興業(00830.HK)公佈,擬以先舊後新方式配售最多1億股,相當於公司擴大後已發行股本約4.43%,每股配售價2.2元,較上週五(17日)收市價2.16元溢價約1.85%。
是次配售事項的所得款項淨額約2.19億元,約29.22%將用作香港幕牆項目材料及合約付款的一般營運資金;及70.78%將用作澳門幕牆項目材料及合約付款的一般營運資金。
完成後,中國建築國際(03311.HK)的全資附屬加寶於中國建築興業之持股量將由約74.06%降至70.78%。
