天陽科技(300872.SZ)：以300萬元認購航天信德增資擴股的29.7619萬股權
格隆匯6月14日丨天陽科技(300872.SZ)公佈，根據公司戰略發展的需要，公司全資子公司北京鼎信天威科技有限公司(“鼎信天威”)與戴維序、張愛民、北京津航慧圖管理諮詢中心(有限合夥)(“津航慧圖”)、哈爾濱丁香匯投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“丁香匯”)、北京國富眾樂投資有限公司(“國富眾樂”)、浙江環球星雲遙感科技有限公司(“環球星雲”)、中科星圖智慧科技有限公司(“中科星圖智慧”)、濟南產研中翔創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“產研中翔”)、共青城清創青橘精選壹號股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“清創青橘”)、天津琢悦企業管理諮詢中心(有限合夥)(“天津琢悦”)、寧夏馭星屬陳航天科技有限公司(“寧夏馭星”)、航天信德智圖(北京)科技有限公司(“航天信德”、“目標公司”、“標的公司”)共同簽署了關於航天信德之《增資協議》及《股東協議》，鼎信天威以300萬元自有資金認購參股公司航天信德本次增資擴股的29.7619萬股權，認購後持股比例增加至增資擴股後註冊資本的5.5869%。
航天信德是一家提供農林遙感影像服務的農業大數據公司，現階段主要的客户是保險公司的農險部門。其主要業務為技術服務、數據服務和軟件平台的銷售。技術服務業務是航天信德的主要業務，主要是使用衞星遙感、大數據分析和AI智能識別等技術分析農業、林業的種植分佈、受自然災害和生物災害損失情況，在承保、過程監測、定損理賠階段為保險公司提供技術服務。數據服務業務主要是根據科研機構、數據公司和保險公司提出的數據需求進行定製化數據。軟件平台的銷售業務是基於衞星遙感數據開發的面向保險公司和政府的遙測雲服務平台，部署在華為雲等公有云平台上，以SaaS模式向用户收費。
公司看好航天信德在農業大數據行業的專業人才、技術積累及產品資源，並結合公司在金融行業解決方案與客户的優勢，進一步拓展航天信德的行業覆蓋，為金融行業涉農信貸提供貸前及貸後管理，解決涉農信貸標的範圍大、過程監控無手段、信貸核實速度慢、人工監測成本高等難點，完善公司信貸及風險相關解決方案，有利於公司提升綜合競爭力和盈利能力，符合公司長期發展戰略與實際經營的需求，在為股東創造合理投資回報的同時，也為公司實現可持續發展創造機會。
