招商局商業房託(01503.HK)收購北京寫字樓物業部分權益 涉資13.4億人幣
招商局商業房託(01503.HK)公布,向招商蛇口(中國)(001979.SZ)和招商置地(00978.HK)各持80%和20%的賣方,買入位於北京招商局航華科貿中心發展項目多個寫字樓物業46.41%實際權益,初始代價約13.4億人民幣。
目標物業包括招商局大廈、友邦保險NPA中心、01-04連接裙樓、招商銀行大樓、中國惠普大廈、橫琴人壽大廈、梵悅108、中國工商銀行大廈及太平金融中心共同構成名為招商局航華科貿中心的發展項目。
公司表示,收購事項預期將提升現有基金單位持有人的每單位基金分派;將使得招商局商業房託基金的資產組合在地域上更加多元化,目前其主要集中於深圳蛇口地區。
