《大行報告》瑞信:餐飲股近兩周回升 惟趨勢很易被打斷
瑞信發表報告,指內地餐飲股隨著上海封城逐步結束,過去兩中星期回升,惟趨勢很易被打斷,其中火鍋股受到壓力最大。該行最看好百勝中國(09987.HK),認為其業務模式具防守性,最不看好的是海底撈(06862.HK)。
瑞信表示,5月內地餐飲行業按月輕微復甦,但按年回升幅度仍弱於今年第一季。在該行覆蓋的內地餐飲股中,與2021年同期比較,5月同店銷售恢復介乎60%-90%,較疫情前水平平均恢復60%,遠低於1月至2月的75%。
