嗶哩嗶哩-SW(09626.HK)：一季度淨營業額50.54億元 同比增長30%
格隆匯6月9日丨嗶哩嗶哩-SW(09626.HK)發佈公吿，2022年第一季度，淨營業額總額達人民幣50.541億元(7.973億美元)，較2021年同期增加30%；月均活躍用户(月活用户)達2.936億，而移動端月活用户達2.764億，較2021年同期分別增加31%及33%；日均活躍用户(日活用户)達7940萬，較2021年同期增加32%；平均每月付費用户(月均付費用户)達2720萬，較2021年同期增加33%。
“面對突如其來的新冠疫情復發和靜態管理等措施，第一季度全國範圍都面臨新的挑戰，尤其是我們總部所在的上海。在此期間，我們有超過8,000名員工居家辦公，我們的首要任務是確保員工的安全，以及維持業務的正常運營”嗶哩嗶哩主席兼首席執行官陳睿先生表示，“面對這些挑戰，我們的月活用户和日活用户保持穩健增長，用户活躍度亦有所提高。第一季度，單個用户日均使用時長顯着增加至95分鐘，創下新高。與此同時，我們堅定的提升商業化能力，包括增加我們的付費用户及拓展廣吿市場份額。縱觀全年，控制成本及收緊費用支出對我們克服宏觀經濟壓力有至關重要的作用。我們期待恢復到正常商業發展軌道，並共同努力減輕疫情所帶來的影響。”
嗶哩嗶哩首席財務官樊欣先生表示：“我們第一季度的淨收入總額達人民幣51億元，同比增長30%。為滿足用户需求，我們不斷完善產品和服務，期內付費率達到9.3%，創下歷史新高。另一方面，在有選擇地投入研發以幫助我們提升商業化能力的同時，我們實施的費用控制舉措取得了一定進展，銷售及營銷費用環比減少。未來幾個季度將繼續採取更多成本控制措施。此外，為增加我們的股權價值並管理我們的負債，我們在本季度回購了流通的美國存托股及可轉換優先票據。展望未來，我們將致力於通過增加收入和收窄虧損率來持續為股東創造價值。”
公司已就建議轉換為主要上市向香港聯交所提出申請，並於2022年4月29日就建議轉換申請收到香港聯交所的確認。建議轉換的預計生效日期為2022年10月3日。於生效日期後，公司將於香港聯交所及納斯達克全球精選市場雙重主要上市。公司現時對2022年第二季度淨營業額進行了展望，預計將達到人民幣48.5億元至人民幣49.5億元。
