主要內房及物管股普遍逆升逾2%-6% 綠城中國(03900.HK)跑贏

內地5月進出口數據遠勝預期，被世銀及經合組織先後大幅下調全球及中國今年GDP增長預測所抵消。滬指及深成收市反覆吐近0.8%-1.9%。港股也扭轉昨天急彈2.2%勢，在科指午後曾倒跌2.8%、以及國指及工商分類指數倒跌逾1%拖累，恆指午後跌幅曾擴至276點，低見21,737，現報21,830，反覆回吐183點或0.8%，成交額1,358億元。
然而，近期跑輸大市的內房及物管股今天普遍逆升，帶動地產分類指數逆升1%曾高見28,944。
綠城中國(03900.HK)反覆續彈6.5%報13.66元，股價重越100天、20天及10天線(13.1-13.2元)。萬科(02202.HK)反覆三連升兼重越10天及20天線，現報17.66元，反覆續升2.4%。
四大藍籌內房碧桂園(02007.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)、中海外(00688.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)倒升約2%-3%，分別報4.73元、36.5元、22.8元及34.7元。此外，美的置業(03990.HK)反覆回升3%報12.28元。合景泰富(01813.HK)及時代中國(01233.HK)續升2.5%-3.4%，分別報2.44元及2.4元，股價均重越20天線。
物管股以合景悠活(03913.HK)、旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)及新城悅服務(01755.HK)表現最好，股價依次漲逾4%-5%，分別報2.62元、9.43元及8.88元。
藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)反覆四連升，曾漲5.7%高見32.6元，現報31.5元，反覆續升2.1%。此外，保利物業(06049.HK)、雅生活服務(03319.HK)、華潤萬象(01209.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)及綠城服務(02869.HK)也升2%左右。
