華人置業(00127.HK)斥42億元重建及活化倫敦旗艦項目120 Fleet Street
本地傳媒報道,華人置業(00127.HK)將斥資約4.29億英鎊(約41.96億港元),把位處英國倫敦核心商業區的旗艦項目120 Fleet Street重建及活化,作為紀念集團成立100周年的重點工作之一。
集團於2011年1月以總代價約2.8億英鎊(當時約34.47億港元)購入該項目,並於去年10月獲倫敦市決議授予許可重建,其拆卸工程預計於今年第三季施工,預期新大樓於2026年上半年落成,目標為出租予跨國金融企業或相關機構。
