中國鐵物(000927.SZ):擬註冊發行不超15億元中期票據和不超15億元超短期融資券
格隆匯6月7日丨中國鐵物(000927.SZ)公佈,公司於2022年6月7日召開第八屆董事會第十四次會議,審議通過《關於擬註冊及發行中期票據和超短期融資券的議案》,為滿足公司經營發展需要,拓展融資渠道,優化債務結構,公司擬向中國銀行間市場交易商協會申請註冊及發行不超過人民幣15億元(含15億元)的中期票據和不超過15億元(含15億元)的超短期融資券,採用分期發行的方式,具體註冊規模以交易商協會審批註冊的額度為準。該事項尚需提交公司股東大會審議。
