《大行報告》花旗輕微下調領展(00823.HK)目標價至87.2元 仍是首選之一
花旗發表報告,指領展(00823.HK)仍是其首選股之一,預計領展每個基金單位分派可以在2022至2025財年實現4%的複合年增長率,普遍預計疫情後其來自香港零售的自然增長相對溫和,但由於新收購的貢獻,整體派息增長勢頭將保持在中單位數。該行將領展目標價由89.8元輕微下調至87.2元,評級「買入」。
花旗表示,隨着下一輪5,000元的消費券將於7月發放,預計其零售額將很快超過疫情前的水平,這將成爲領展的催化劑。
