《大行報告》高盛:「618購物節」首周預售表現健康 產品價格穩定
高盛發表研究報告指出,京東(09618.HK)及天貓分別於5月23及26日開始「618購物節」預售,與往年相比,今年的「618購物節」吸引更多投資者關注,因能否彌補在4至5月疫情封鎖期間的銷售損失至為重要,而且「618購物節」清晰表明公司於第二季的定價策略及毛利趨勢。
該行認為,「618購物節」首周預售表現依然健康,新興產品表現較好,且產品價格穩定。基於年青一代消費者較為偏好清潔電器及投影機產品,而截至5月29日京東指Z世代的預售訂單按年增長75%,相信有望轉化為更多有關家電的銷售。至於京東、美的及海爾截至5月29日的預售額超過1億元人民幣,領先白色家電同行。此外,對於清潔電器及家用投影機等結構性增長產品,產品創新仍是推動增長和產品組合改善的關鍵。
