趙國雄料今年本港樓價約5%上落空間
長實集團(01113.HK)執行董事趙國雄在記者會上表示,現時利好本港樓市的因素未完全顯現,包括潛在通關及經濟數據改善等,估計今年樓價將有約5%上落空間。
他認為即使有可能加息,但本港息率仍處相對很低的水平,相信不會影響買家入市意願。
趙國雄提到,本港樓市問題屬深層次矛盾,政府需要處理,期待新一任特首提供解決問題的方法,例如增加土地供應及選擇,相信會對社會穩定有幫助。(ek/s)
